Our 12-month device warranty covers functional manufacturing faults or defects in the cleansing head.
Examples of covered issues include:

The device head does not vibrate when attached despite correct setup

If a covered fault occurs within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

Repair the device head, or

Replace it with the same or an equivalent model, or

Setup: Open the device head by turning the bottom lid clockwise and insert your AGE-R Booster Pro Mini PLUS upside down. Close the lid securely.
Power & Mode Selection: Long-press the power button to turn on, then short-press twice to cycle through the 3 modes: Daily (Red light) for everyday use, Deep (Blue light) for 1-2 times weekly intensive cleansing, or Mild (Purple light) for sensitive skin days.
Adjust Intensity: Use the button to select your preferred strength level (1 to 5); we recommend starting at level 1 for first-time users to acclimate to the vibrations.
Application Technique: Apply your favourite cleanser directly onto the bristles. Gently guide the vibrating device across your wet skin using circular and upward motions, letting the 39,000 vibrations create a rich foam naturally. No extra pressure needed.
Clean & Store: After cleansing, rinse the device head thoroughly under lukewarm water and allow it to air-dry completely. The semi-waterproof design is safe for shower use.
