Refund policy
At BelluBeauty, we hope you love your purchase. However, if you need to make a return, we are here to help.
Return Window:
You have 31 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to make a return. Once your return is approved, you have a further 31 days to send the item(s) back to us.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be:
- Unused, unopened, and with all original seals intact.
- In their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetic or grooming products if they have been opened, used, or if the hygiene seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty.
How to Start a Return:
- Request Approval: To begin the return process, please contact us at contact@bellubeauty.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Package Your Items: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Please ensure your order number is clearly written inside or on the parcel so our team can identify it.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping a copy of your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Damages and Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us at contact@bellubeauty.co.uk immediately.
To help us resolve this quickly, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographic evidence of the damaged/incorrect item, the packaging, and the shipping label.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food or supplements), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods where the hygiene seal is broken. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Gift cards are also non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Address & Delivery Issues:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if it was not collected from the post office, we will issue a refund for the product cost, minus the original shipping fee.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@bellubeauty.co.uk.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must meet the same conditions as stated in our standard return eligibility.
